7. If the plaintiff files more than two claims, the defendant files a counterclaim, or a third party files a claim related to the case, and the People's Court needs to consolidate the hearing, the case acceptance fee will be calculated and charged separately according to the different claims. ,

8. If the requested amount in a property case does not match the actual amount, the case acceptance fee will be calculated and charged based on the actual disputed amount approved by the People's Court.

Article 12 of the "Measures for the Payment of Litigation Fees" that occurs during the litigation process due to identification, announcement, inspection, translation, evaluation, auction, sale, warehousing, safekeeping, transportation, ship supervision, etc. shall be handled by the court in accordance with the law. The fees borne by the parties shall be decided by the people's court to be paid directly by the parties to the relevant institutions or units based on the principle of whoever claims the responsibility shall bear the costs. The people's court shall not collect or pay on behalf of the parties.

If the people's court provides translation in the local ethnic common language and script in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of Article 11 of the Civil Procedure Law, no fee will be charged.
