One of the following acts shall be deemed as trademark infringement: (1) using a trademark identical with or similar to its registered trademark on the same or similar goods without the permission of the trademark registrant; (2) selling a registered trademark logo that infringes on others' own manufacturing or selling a registered trademark logo that is forged or manufactured without authorization; (3) goods that have not been registered with the exclusive right to use a trademark; (4) The forger or searcher agrees to change his registered trademark and put the goods with the changed trademark on the market again; (5) causing other damage to the exclusive right to use a registered trademark of others. Legal basis: Article 52 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China uses an unregistered trademark as a registered trademark, or uses an unregistered trademark in violation of the provisions of Article 1 of this Law, the local administrative department for industry and commerce shall stop it, make corrections within a time limit, and may notify it. If the illegal business amount is more than 5, yuan, a fine of less than 2% of the illegal business amount may be imposed, and if there is no illegal business amount or the illegal business amount is less than 5, yuan, a fine of less than 1, yuan may be imposed.
