Delixi Electric Co., Ltd. is a Sino-French joint venture, which is jointly operated by Schneider Electric, a fortune 5 company, and Delixi Group. Enterprise's predecessor:
As a leading enterprise in China's electrical industry, Delixi Group's predecessor was Refined Kai Guanchang, which was founded by Hu Chengzhong in Yueqing, Wenzhou in 1984. Delixi Electronic Components Factory in Yueqing County was established in 1991, and its trademark was evaluated as a "well-known trademark" by the former State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 1999.
In p>1994, several Yueqing people set up Shanghai Delixi Kai Guanchang in Shanghai, and from this, they registered and established Shanghai Delixi Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. and a series of enterprises with the name Delixi.
After Delixi Group complained or filed lawsuits with the competent authorities for many times, Shanghai Delixi Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. and other enterprises were renamed or cancelled successively, while Shanghai Delixi Kai Guanchang was renamed Shanghai Delixi Switch Co., Ltd., which has been in existence ever since. In 214, Delixi United Switch Group Co., Ltd. was established in Ruian, Zhejiang Province, and then moved to Shangrao, Jiangxi Province.
