Shijiazhuang Sanlu Group Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise group integrating dairy farming, dairy processing and scientific research and development. On February 12, 2009, Shijiazhuang Intermediate People's Court issued a civil ruling, officially declaring Shijiazhuang Sanlu Group Co., Ltd. bankrupt. On March 4th, Sanlu Group was acquired by Sanyuan.
Shijiazhuang Sanlu Group Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Sanlu Group was "Happy Dairy Production Cooperative" established in February 1956. After several generations and half a century's struggle, it has created many miracles and "five firsts" in the same industry: 1983, taking the lead in developing and producing breast-fed milk powder (infant formula); 1986, taking the lead in creating and popularizing the urban-rural joint model of "cows going to the countryside and milk going to the city"; 1993, taking the lead in implementing brand operation and group strategic operation; 1995, the first to broadcast an advertisement in prime time on CCTV 1 channel; 1996, taking the lead in introducing CI system in the same industry.

"Sanlu" trademark was recognized as "China well-known trademark"; Products sell well in 3 1 province, city and autonomous region. In 2006, it ranked first in the dairy industry of "Top 100 Enterprises in China" selected by internationally renowned magazine Forbes. Appraised by China Brand Assets Appraisal Center, the brand value of Sanlu reached 654.38+04.907 billion yuan.
