All this is closely related to a name "intellectual property", so what exactly is "intellectual property"? Intellectual property is an intangible asset, which refers to the results obtained by intellectual creative labor and a right enjoyed by intellectual workers. It includes patent right, copyright right and trademark right. It can be said that the order of our current social market is only with intellectual property rights. Among them, patent rights can protect all patented products that apply for patent protection from plagiarism or use by others for profit, commonly known as "plagiarism".
But "plagiarism" and "plagiarism" like this are everywhere around us.

Coincidentally, in the same year, Xi Murong, a female writer, wrote a collection of poems, On the Dark River, which enjoyed the copyright. In 22, Xi Murong awarded the exclusive publishing right of this collection of poems to Nanhai Publishing Company in Hainan for a period of five years. After the copyright expired, the publishing company continued to publish this collection of poems, which sold well in mainstream channels such as bookstores and online stores in big cities including Wuhan, with more than 1, infringing works.
At the end of last year, in order to protect their legitimate rights and interests, Xi Murong's attorney sued the Wuhan court, sued the retailers in Wuhan together with the publishing house, demanded to stop the infringement and compensate for the loss of 1, yuan, and publicly issued an apology statement to the plaintiff in People's Daily, Guangming Daily and Legal Daily to eliminate the impact.
Through these two vivid examples, we told us about intellectual property rights.
What should we middle school students do in the face of "intellectual property rights"?
1. We should vigorously publicize "intellectual property rights" in our study and life, so that students can establish the awareness of respecting and safeguarding intellectual property rights from an early age, so that this awareness can be deeply rooted in each of our minds and implemented in practical actions;
2. When we do experiments or make inventions at school, including daily homework and writing, we should develop the habit of independent thinking and serious study, so that we can not only exercise our thinking ability, but also be happy with our hard-earned learning results, because our learning results are actually a small patent.
3. If our study results or work results are "stolen" by other students, we should point out the mistakes of our classmates and tell him that the study results of other students are a small patent. His behavior is an infringement of other students' intellectual property rights and a disruption of the normal social order. This behavior runs counter to the Code for Middle School Students, and this situation should be avoided in the future.
