In Indonesia, there are many laws and regulations on intellectual property protection. These laws and regulations are all competition laws, which are mainly divided into the following three categories: first, unfair commerce or trade, also known as "illegal acts" (article 1365 of the civil law compilation); Secondly, intellectual property infringement (all intellectual property norms); Third, monopolistic behavior and unfair commercial competition (Law No.5 1999).
