1. Registration process:

2. Materials required for application procedures:

(1) "Application for Trademark Registration".

Among the application forms published by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in Document No. 234 of 2002, Form One is applicable to Chinese applicants, and Form Two is applicable to foreign applicants, applicants from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Both book styles can be used.

The applicant’s seal should be stamped on the application form. Foreign applicants and applicants from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can sign in place of a seal. If the applicant is a natural person, the application form should be signed by the applicant with a pen or signature pen, and the applicant's ID number should be marked after the applicant's name. The name and address of foreign applicants should be filled in both Chinese and English. Other characters are not allowed, such as the characters of the applicant's country of origin (non-Chinese and English). If an agent is entrusted, the application form does not need to be stamped with the applicant's seal or signed by the applicant, but it must be stamped with the seal of the agency organization and the agent should sign at the same time.

(2) A copy of the valid certificate proving the applicant’s identity (subject qualification). The name and address of the trademark registration applicant should be consistent with the documents submitted (natural persons can fill in the actual address).

1. If the applicant is a natural person, he should first submit a copy of his or her identity certificate, including ID card, household registration certificate, passport, etc., and also pay attention to the following matters:

(1) Individual industrial and commercial households can use their "Individual" The trademark registration application can also be submitted in the name of the person in charge registered on the license. When applying in the name of the person in charge, copies of the following materials should be submitted:

a. ID card of the person in charge;

b. Business license of individual industrial and commercial household.

(2) An individual partnership may file a trademark registration application in the name of the applicant using the trade name registered in its "Business License" or in the registration documents of the relevant competent authority, or in the name of all partners*** File an application for trademark registration at the same time. When filing a trademark application jointly in the name of all partners, copies of the following materials should be submitted:

a. Partner’s ID card;

b. Business license;

c. Partnership agreement.

(3) Rural contract operators can apply for trademark registration in the name of the person who signed the contract. When applying, they should submit copies of the following materials:

a. Identity of the person signing the contract Certificate;

b. Contract contract

(4) Other natural persons engaged in business activities in accordance with the law may submit the application in the name of the operator listed in the registration document issued by the relevant administrative authority. When applying for trademark registration, copies of the following materials should be submitted:

a. ID card of the operator;

b. Registration documents issued by relevant administrative authorities.

The scope of goods and services for which a natural person applies for trademark registration shall be limited to the business scope approved by the business license or relevant registration documents, or to the agricultural and sideline products produced by the natural person.

2. If the applicant is a legal person, he should submit copies of the corresponding supporting documents according to his nature:

a. An enterprise legal person should submit an enterprise legal person business license;

b. Corporate legal persons should submit a social organization legal person registration certificate;

c. Public institution legal persons should submit a public institution legal person registration certificate, etc.

3. If the applicant is another organization, documents proving the establishment or registration of the organization according to law should be submitted; such as law firm practice certificate, medical institution practice license, etc.;

(3) Each trademark registration application must be submitted 5 copies of trademark drawings (for color trademarks with specified colors, 5 copies of colored drawings and 1 copy of black and white drafts should be submitted), and affix one trademark drawing (for designated colors, a color drawing) at the designated location on the application form. For non-color trademarks that do not specify a color, coloring patterns shall not be submitted.

The trademark pattern must be clear and easy to paste, printed on smooth and durable paper or replaced with a photo. The length or width should be no more than 10 cm and no less than 5 cm. The trademark pattern must be clear, with obvious black and white response, without any blur.

3. Trademark registration application fee:
