1. Click "My Taobao" at the top of the Taobao homepage.

2. Then click "Purchased Products" on the left side of the page.

3. Then find the order that needs to be complained and click "Complain against Seller".

4. Next, you need to select "Harass others", as shown in the figure below.

5. Select and fill in the "Reason for Complaint" and "Complaint Description" in turn.

6. Finally, click "Submit Application", so that the complaint has been made, as shown in the figure below.
