3. Starting from June 2018, a pre-reporting and post-reporting system for investment promotion and reception in the region will be implemented. That is to say, before each business invitation occurs, each unit department will formulate a reception plan and fill in a pre-report form based on the cooperation intentions, investment projects, and inspection requirements of the businessmen, or during the project docking process of the settled enterprises. After the leadership has reviewed and the main leaders have approved the organization and implementation, fill in the registration form the next day and submit it to the district investment promotion bureau in a timely manner by email.
