3. Types of inspection services

1. Pre-production inspection: Inspection personnel inspect the raw materials, preliminary products and parts produced through random sampling.

2. Inspection during the production process: Inspection personnel inspect semi-finished products on the production line or finished products that have just come off the production line, check for errors and deviations, report to the factory, and propose effective measures to correct errors and deviations. method.

3. Sampling inspection of finished products before delivery: Before the production and packaging of the product are completed and ready for shipment (usually 100% produced and 80% packaged), the inspection personnel will conduct inspection on the quantity, process, and quality of the goods. Details such as features, colors, dimensions and packaging are checked. The sampling method is carried out in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as ISO2859/NF X06-022/ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/BS 6001/DIN 40080. 4. IV. Preliminary work process

1. Colleagues on a business trip should call the other party’s factory at least one day before departure to avoid having no goods to inspect or the person in charge being absent after arriving at the factory. Wait for the situation to arise.

2. Bring a camera and make sure you have enough power, business cards, tape measure, handmade knife, a small amount of sealable plastic bags (for decoration) and other supplies.

3. Carefully read the delivery notice (inspection information) and previous inspection reports, signatures and other relevant information. If you have any questions, they must be resolved before inspection.

4. Colleagues on a business trip must first understand the traffic routes and weather conditions before setting off.

5. Arrive at the receiving factory or unit

1. Call your company colleagues to inform your colleagues that you have arrived at your destination.

2. Before formally inspecting the goods, you must first understand the status of the order. For example, has the entire batch been completed? If not, how much has been completed? How many finished products have been packaged? Are the unfinished items being processed? (If the actual quantity is different from the information notified by the colleague who issued the order, you must call the company back to report first.) If the goods are being produced, you must also check the production process, and try to be in the production process. Find out the problem, inform the factory and ask for improvement? When will the remaining goods be completed? 3. Use a camera to take pictures and check whether the outer carton's markings and packing conditions are consistent with the requirements of the delivery notice. If it has not been packed yet, ask the factory whether the carton is in place? 4. Weigh the weight (gross weight) of the goods and measure whether the dimensions of the outer box are consistent with the printed and delivery notice.

5. On the inspection report, specific packing information must be filled in, such as how many pieces (pieces) go into an inner box (middle box), how many pieces (pieces) go into an outer box, writing reference: 50 Only/inner box, 300 pieces/outer carton. Also, has the carton been packed with at least 2 packing tapes? Remember that the outer box must be sealed top and bottom with I-shaped sealing tape.

10. Randomly check the goods according to the quantity instructions of the standard (usually AQL standard).

12. 13. Check whether the color combination is damaged, whether there are creases and scratches, and whether the printing effect is good and consistent with the proofing.

14. Check whether the goods are made of new materials. The raw materials must be non-toxic, and the ink must be non-toxic.

15. Check whether the parts of the product are installed properly and cannot be loose or fall off easily.

16. Check whether the product is functioning properly. and whether the operation is normal.

17. Check whether the goods have sharp edges or sharp edges.

18. Check the goods and cartons (including packaging materials and paper). cards, plastic bags, stickers, bubble bags, instructions, foam, etc.)

19. Check whether the goods are intact and stored in good condition.

22. If the goods are found to be in poor condition (highly likely to be unqualified) or received. 6. Later work
