Two-color ball game rules:

1. These Rules are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Lottery Management, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Lottery Management and the Measures for the Administration of Lottery Issuance and Sales (Caizong 102).

2. The two-color ball game of Chinese welfare lottery (hereinafter referred to as the two-color ball) is issued and sold by China Welfare Lottery Issuance Management Center (hereinafter referred to as China Welfare Lottery Center), and is sold by welfare lottery sales organizations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (hereinafter referred to as provincial welfare lottery organizations) within their jurisdiction.

3. The two-color ball is distributed through the computer network system, sold at the sales outlets set up by provincial welfare lottery institutions, and the lottery is held regularly.

4. The two-color ball is purchased voluntarily, and all buyers are deemed to agree and abide by these rules.

5. Do not sell lottery tickets or issue bonuses to minors.
