Identification of clothing labels
A clothing salesperson should have a basic understanding of the measurement methods of clothing sizes and the identification of clothing labels. Mastering these basic knowledge will help us follow the customer's requirements. Recommend suitable clothing according to needs and customer's own characteristics.
1. How to identify clothing marks
The new clothing model stipulated by the State Administration of Technical Supervision is composed of height, chest circumference and body type classification codes Y, A, B, and C.
The new model classification is more detailed, with height in units of 5cm, bust and waist in units of 4cm and 2cm respectively. At the same time, upper and lower garments are marked with model numbers respectively to meet the needs of consumers. The letters Y, A, B, and C respectively represent the physical characteristics of different people. Type Y refers to a body type with a large bust and thin waist, while Type A represents an average body type. Type B is slightly obese, and type C is obese. The calculation method for different body types is: classify according to the range of bust minus waist circumference, and there are different models for men and women. Men's Y type is 22-17cm, A type is 16-12cm, B type is 11-7cm, C type is 6-2cm; women's Y type is 24-19cm, A type is 18-14cm, B type is 13-9cm , Type C is 8-4cm. Children's clothing models are only composed of height and chest circumference, and there is no body type classification code.
Top: It consists of two sets of numbers, separated by "/" in the middle, and any one of the four English letters A, B, C, and Y represents the body shape. For example, "175/88B" means that the height is 175 cm, the bust is about 88 cm, and the clothing is B-shaped.
Pants: consists of two sets of numbers, separated by a space or "/" in the middle, indicating pants length and waist circumference respectively. For example, "100/75" means that the pants length is 100 cm and the waist circumference is 75 cm.
Shirts: The logo code should be on the collar. Units are uniformly in centimeters. For example, 38-70-60, the first set of numbers indicates the collar length is 38 cm, the second set of numbers indicates the body length is 70 cm, and the third set of numbers indicates the sleeve length is 60 cm. This is the hallmark of men's shirts. There are three sets of numbers on women's shirts. The first two sets of numbers are the same, and the third set of numbers indicates the bust size.

3. How to recognize clothing logos
Clothes generally have a variety of logos according to regulations. These logos have guiding significance for consumers, such as trademarks on collars and cuffs. It makes it easier for consumers to identify the brand. Specifications and sizes will be noted on the collar and side seams to facilitate consumers to choose the right garment according to size. There will be a hang tag in the most obvious place. It collects all information about clothing.
A comprehensive introduction was given to the clothing brand, ingredients, specifications, and whether it passed the test. But these are not the most important. This small logo hidden in the seams of clothes is what we want to focus on today. It plays the most critical role in consumers' maintenance of clothes.
Clothing labels are called durability labels. It mainly provides guidance so that consumers can refer to the ingredients and content of raw materials and washing methods.
