I. Precautions for the change of trademark address
1. If the address of a trademark registrant is changed, the trademark registrant shall change all its registered trademarks together.
2. If the application for change needs to be corrected, the Trademark Office will issue a correction notice to inform the applicant to make corrections within a time limit. If it fails to make corrections as required within the prescribed time limit, the Trademark Office has the right to regard the application for change as abandonment or disapproval.
3. After the trademark change application is approved, the change certificate will only be issued to the representative. If other people need it, they should apply for a replacement certificate.
4. The category of the application should be filled in according to the approved international classification category.
II. Information required for the change of trademark address
1. Application for Change of Trademark Address;
2. The original of the applicant's qualification certificate (such as the copy of the business license of the enterprise, the ID card/passport of a natural person, etc.) and the copy of the applicant's seal or signature confirmation (the original will be returned after comparison);
3. Submit the Power of Attorney for Change of Trademark Address entrusted by the trademark agency;
4. If the address of the trademark applicant/registrant is changed, it is not necessary to submit the certificate of change, except for the transnational change of address. If a natural person is a transnational citizen and changes his address, he shall submit the certificate that the country where the address is changed enjoys the right of abode.
