Trademark transfer process:

1. Verify the transferor’s trademark information

The transfer of the trademark can only be completed by signing a transfer contract. However, if there are problems with the transferred trademark , will harm your own interests. 2. Shuangfa signs a trademark transfer contract

Before the official trademark transfer, the trademark transferee and the trademark transferor should jointly sign a trademark transfer contract. The contract requires Indicate the detailed information of the transferred trademark and the fee for transferring the trademark, as well as the effective date of the contract, and require the signature and seal of both parties.

3. Submission of trademark transfer materials

After both parties complete the trademark transfer contract, the trademark transferee and trademark transferor need to submit the application for transfer of trademark information and supporting documents, and trademark to the Trademark Office Transfer application and copy of trademark transferee's business license.

4. Waiting for the Trademark Office’s reply

After receiving the applications from the trademark transferor and the transferee, the Trademark Office will issue an approval to both parties within 4-6 months. Certificate, the date marked on the certificate is the effective date of trademark transfer.
