If it was handled through an agency before, contact the agency; If you go to the lobby of Beijing Trademark Office, first go to the post office near the registered address. If not, please bring the original license (best) and ID card. If the trademark certificate is not sent back by the post office, it means that the certificate has been lost. You can directly reissue the certificate and extend the following points:

Get in touch with the agency or trademark office, inquire and confirm that the trademark has been registered successfully.

Then know the date of the trademark registration announcement, and issue the certificate within 1 to 2 months based on this time point.

If the trademark is not registered successfully, of course, there is no notice.

If 1~2 months still has no certificate, there may be two situations. One is that the agency didn't send it to you soon (fearing that the agency would be gone), and the other is that some problems within the Trademark Office didn't send it out within the specified time.

According to the previous four points, first look at whether it is through an intermediary or self-reported re-consultation;
