Yi Auto News Recently, we obtained the Mercedes-AMG EQS 63 rendering from relevant channels. Previously, Mercedes-Benz has stated that it will launch a high-performance version of the EQS model, and has separately registered "EQS 53", "EQS 55", and "EQS 63" trademarks. The new car may be unveiled between the end of 2022 and 2023.
At the 2021 Shanghai Auto Show, Mercedes-Benz EQS was officially unveiled, with avant-garde appearance and interior design, and the performance parameters of the vehicle were announced. The current two models include:
● EQS 450, single-motor rear-wheel drive layout, power 245kW, torque 550N·m;
● EQS 580 4MATIC, dual-motor four-wheel drive layout, power 385kW, torque 828N·m, 0-100km/h 4.1 seconds faster.
The WLTP cruising range of the Mercedes-Benz EQS is expected to reach 770 kilometers. It comes standard with a rear-wheel steering system with a maximum angle of 4.5°. A rear-wheel steering system of up to 10° can be activated through OTA upgrade.
Through the currently exposed parameters of the Mercedes-Benz EQS, it can be speculated that the future Mercedes-AMG EQS 63 will undoubtedly have more powerful power performance, and the acceleration time from 100 kilometers may reach 3 seconds, or level within 3 seconds, and will have a cooler appearance and interior design.
