The Tianhe Branch has 12 functional departments (offices):

(1) Party Committee Office (Personnel Education Section)

(2) Office

Responsible for the administrative work of the branch; Responsible for the processing of official documents of the branch, the drafting of comprehensive documents, the organization of administrative meetings, and major events; Responsible for research, government information, Responsible for daily administrative affairs such as confidentiality, petitions, supervision, statistics, reception, infrastructure, security, family planning and logistics support; responsible for property and office equipment management.

(3) Finance Section

Responsible for formulating the branch’s financial management systems and measures; responsible for summarizing and preparing the branch’s financial revenue and expenditure budget and final accounts; responsible for the branch’s financial revenue and expenditure management; responsible for state-owned assets Registration management work.

(4) Supervision Section

Responsible for the construction of party style and clean government; organizing and implementing party style, party discipline, and clean government education; responsible for law enforcement and supervision; accepting reports and accusations against the unit and its staff for violations of laws and disciplines , investigate and deal with violations of laws and disciplines committed by branch offices and affiliated units.

(5) Contract Section

Organize the implementation of the "Trademark Law" and "Advertising Law"; accept trademark infringement cases, investigate and deal with illegal activities such as trademark infringement and counterfeiting, and protect the exclusive right to trademark; Guide and supervise enterprises to use trademarks correctly; accept applications for "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate" from printing enterprises within the jurisdiction; investigate and deal with illegal printing of trademarks; register and manage signboard advertising and outdoor advertising within the jurisdiction according to authority; investigate and deal with the jurisdiction All types of advertising violations are illegal.

(7) Market Section and Livestock Slaughter Management Section

Register and conduct annual inspections of various markets in the jurisdiction according to their authority, supervise and manage the markets within the jurisdiction; be responsible for the Management of brokers and brokerage agencies; organize and coordinate special governance of the market; investigate and deal with business activities that violate market management regulations in the jurisdiction in accordance with the law; organize the implementation of the "Guangzhou Livestock Slaughter and Meat Circulation Management Regulations"; be responsible for livestock slaughter and meat circulation within the jurisdiction Organize and coordinate work on product circulation management; work with relevant departments to supervise and manage designated livestock slaughtering plants (fields) within the jurisdiction.

(10) Laws and Regulations Section

Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and inspection of the administrative law enforcement of the branch; responsible for the review of administrative penalty cases filed and investigated by the branch; responsible for the administrative reconsideration of the branch , administrative litigation and administrative compensation work; organize the branch's administrative penalty case hearings, and be responsible for industrial and commercial administrative regulations training and legal popularization work.

(11) Economic Inspection Section

Supervise and inspect the trading activities of market operators within the jurisdiction, investigate and deal with monopoly, unfair competition, smuggling, pyramid schemes and disguised pyramid schemes, and distribution in the circulation field Counterfeit and shoddy goods and other economic violations.

(12) Consumer Protection Section
