Currently, registration of a Brazilian trademark is only available through single-country trademark registration. Only by applying to the local trademark authority in Brazil can you have a chance to obtain a Brazilian trademark. Since Brazil is not a party to the Madrid Agreement, the Madrid International Trademark does not apply here.
