This is an overhead headlight, which was basically used on the third generation Accord sedan of Honda in Japan in the mid-1980s (before 1987), and also used on some Toyota models, such as AE86 headlight of Fujiwara Tofu Shop with prefix D, which is the ancestor of Toyota Corolla.
