Personally, I think it's ok. They mainly deal with some trademark and patent issues. I have registered a trademark with them, but I have never cooperated with other businesses. I suggest communicating with them directly. The intellectual property industry is relatively formal. Under normal circumstances, you can safely hand it over to the agency. The fierce competition now depends on word of mouth. If you don't do well, you will lose your job. Especially for businesses that have cooperated more than once.
