1. Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A to apply to the National Trademark Office of China for registration of _________ trademarks in category ________ (goods and services) on behalf of Party A.

II. Rights and obligations:

1. Party A provides Party B with the documents and certificates required for trademark registration, and guarantees that the documents and certificates provided are authentic, valid and legal. Party B shall actively assist Party B in its trademark registration agency work to ensure that nothing goes wrong;

2. After Party B accepts the entrustment, Party B will complete the trademark agency registration, design, production and other matters within the agreed time. If the trademark is rejected or needs to be deleted, the time limit for obtaining the "Trademark Registration Certificate" will be extended;

3. Party B's responsibilities:

(1) Maintain Party A's legitimate rights and interests and protect Party A's entrusted agents The integrity of the trademark registration materials shall be protected and the known commercial secrets shall be protected;

(2) Party B shall accept the trademark registration materials provided by Party A within ________ working days and ________ months after the Trademark Office accepts them. 5. Liability for breach of contract by both parties:

This agreement will be automatically invalid after the completion of the business;

2. During the performance of the contract, if it conflicts with laws, regulations and policies and cannot continue to be performed, the agency contract will be automatically terminated.

6. This agreement is made in two copies, with each party holding one copy. This agreement will take effect on the date of signature by both parties and has the same legal effect. Any unsettled matters will be resolved through negotiation between Party A and Party B.
