For Tmall International to settle, merchants need to have overseas offline entities and overseas brands. And can provide complete proof of brand purchase channels. If you are entering a Tmall international flagship store, you need to have the original 35-type trademark of an overseas brand for at least one year. If the brand is well-known locally, the merchant also needs to provide photos of the brand's offline physical stores.

In addition to being able to provide complete purchase channels for the brand, merchants are required to enter Tmall International. They also need to provide business licenses of overseas enterprises, account opening licenses or public accounts of overseas banks, overseas brand trademark registration certificates, Identity certificate and authorization letter of the authorizer.
