3. Subject qualification certificate: When the applicant applies for a trademark in his own name, he must prepare a copy of his ID card or passport; When applying in the name of a company, you need to prepare a copy of the business license of the company to which the applicant belongs;
4. Proof of priority: If it is necessary to examine the priority, materials that can prove the applicant's priority shall be provided to the Korean trademark authority in accordance with the management provisions of the Paris Convention;
5. Power of attorney for trademark application: If the applicant entrusts others to handle the relevant formalities for trademark registration in Korea, it shall provide a valid power of attorney for trademark application confirmed by the applicant himself.
