What does stainless steel etching mean?
Stainless steel etching is to etch various patterns or shapes on the surface of stainless steel by chemical methods. With 8K mirror plate, wire drawing plate and sand blasting plate as the bottom plate, the surface of the object is further processed after etching. Stainless steel etched plate can be processed by various complicated processes, such as local texture, wire drawing, gold inlay, local titanium gold, etc., which can achieve the effect of alternating light and dark patterns and gorgeous colors. Color stainless steel etched plates are generally decorated with plates with different thicknesses of 0.6-2mm made of 20 1 or 304. According to the thickness and decorative parts of stainless steel plate, the installation methods can be divided into two types: keel plate and keel plate. Panels with a thickness of less than 1.2mm generally adopt plates with keel and plates with bottom. The construction technology basically includes the following steps:

1. Installation of dragon skeleton: For the installation of dragon skeleton at the grass-roots level, please refer to the construction technology of wooden keel or light steel keel, and check the verticality and flatness repeatedly;

2. Fixed bottom plate: plywood is generally used as the bottom plate, with a thickness of 5- 12mm, and the construction method and requirements are the same as those of ordinary wooden cover plates. But when the keel is light steel keel or angle steel keel, it is necessary to drill holes in the keel first, and fix the bottom plate on the keel with self-tapping screws, and the screw head should not be higher than the surface of the bottom plate;

3. Fixed panel: Before installation, the colored stainless steel plate should be made into the finished shape according to the design size and modeling requirements. When there is a bottom plate, apply universal glue to the back of the bottom plate and stainless steel respectively, and gently paste the prepared stainless steel plate on the bottom plate; When there is no bottom plate, the pre-processed stainless steel plate is fixed on the light steel keel with stainless steel screws or directly welded on the keel;

4. Trimming: Trimming, that is, at the interface between stainless steels or at the corner of yin and yang, trimming and decoration are carried out by filling sealant and pressing stainless steel grooves.

5. Wipe the surface of colored stainless steel with a soft dry cloth and tear off the surface protective film.
