TM refers to a trademark that is being registered. The Trademark Law does not stipulate the trademark of TM logo. Trademarks that have not yet been approved for registration can be used as TM, but they are not protected by law.
The R trademark refers to a trademark that has been approved and registered by the Trademark Office. It can be marked as a "registered trademark" on goods, packaging or other attachments, and can be marked in the upper right corner or lower right corner of the trademark. As long as R is marked on the trademark, it means that the trademark has exclusive rights and is protected by law.
