Chaoshan raw pickle
Ingredients:
Shrimp, millet pepper, green pepper rings, and half garlic.
Practice:
1. Ask the store to add some oxygen to the shrimp, and wash the shrimp with direct drinking water all the time. Add 3 spoonfuls of white wine in advance to get drunk for a while.
