Trademark registration is a complicated process. First of all, we should distinguish the following situations:

1. Successful first-instance certification: The Trademark Office recently promised to issue a notice of acceptance within 3 months after trademark registration. However, this does not affect the time for trademark examination, so it will take about half a year to 1 year. It takes about 3 months to get the acceptance letter, 9- 12 months to receive the notice of preliminary examination announcement, and the last 3 months is the trademark announcement period, and finally the certificate is issued. The process is about 12 months-15 months.

2. The success of the first trial was questioned: different from the above, it was questioned during the announcement period. It is a question whether we choose to reply or not. After receiving the notice of objection, there will be a reply period of about 3 months, and the result will be available within about 1 year after the reply. Whether to issue a certificate is also a question. If the defense is successful, the whole process will take 27-30 months.

3. Partial rejection: the case can be divided before the announcement period, and the announcement period will be entered soon after the division. Personally, it takes 2-3 months to enter the announcement period. The time will be longer than the smoothing process 1-3 months.
