The Trademark Law stipulates that words and graphics that are not allowed to be used in trademarks include:

1, which is the same as or similar to the name, national flag, national emblem and military flag of People's Republic of China (PRC);

2. It is identical with or similar to a foreign name, national flag, national emblem or military flag;

3. It is identical with or similar to the flag, emblem and name of an intergovernmental international organization;

4, with the "Red Cross" and "Red Crescent" logo, name the same or similar.

5. General name and graphics of this product;

6. Directly indicating the quality, main raw materials, function, use, weight, quantity and other characteristics of the goods;

7. Ethnic discrimination;

8. Exaggerated propaganda and deception;

9, harmful to socialist morality or have other adverse effects.
