Indicate in the rejection notice: If the registrant of an international trademark registration needs to apply for review, he or she should entrust an agency listed in the Chinese version of the list of trademark agencies published on the website of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to handle the matter.

3. When conditions are ripe, the English version of the list of trademark agency organizations will be published on the Trademark Office website.
