3. Processing steps

(1) If entrusting a trademark agency to handle the matter, the applicant can voluntarily choose any nationally recognized trademark agency to handle the matter. All trademark agencies registered with the Trademark Office are published in the "Agency" column.

(2) If the applicant goes directly to the Trademark Registration Hall of the Trademark Office, the applicant can follow the following steps: Prepare the application documents → Submit the application documents at the acceptance window of the Trademark Registration Hall → Code Print the barcode on the receipt at the window → pay the application fee at the payment window

1. The name and address of the applicant filled in the reissue certificate application should be the same as the current trademark registration The trademark registration number and category should be consistent with the original trademark registration certificate.

2. If the reissue certificate is processed at the same time as the name of the trademark registrant is changed, the application for reissue certificate should be submitted in the name of the trademark registrant before the change. If the seal of the original trademark registrant has become invalid, the seal of the changed trademark registrant should be affixed to the application for reissue certificate, and a certificate issued by the industrial and commercial administration department should be submitted.

3. If the reissue certificate is processed at the same time as the transfer of the registered trademark, the application for reissue certificate should be made in the name of the transferor.

4. If you go directly to the trademark registration hall, if the applicant has not received the reissued registration certificate 6 months after applying for a reissued certificate, you can inquire with the Trademark Office for free; entrust a trademark agent If it is handled by an agency, the trademark agency shall be responsible for making inquiries to the Trademark Office.
