(3) Li Guibing's testimony: At the end of 2006, Xu Shexin suggested that Liu Hui often asked him that his family wanted to work in a construction investment company and asked him to create employment opportunities as soon as possible. In May and June of 2007, Liu was assigned to work in the financial cooperation room of the county construction investment company.
(4) Zheng Testimony: At the beginning of 2004, he suggested to Xu Shexin that Liu Hui should be the party secretary in Shuangzhongmiao Town, and Xu Shexin agreed. In March 2004, Liu Hui was appointed Party Secretary of Shuangzhongmiao Town.
Defendant Xu Shexin confessed to the above facts.
Regarding the defender's defense opinion that this case belongs to human relations and should not be regarded as bribery, the court held that before the Spring Festival in 2005 and 2006, Liu Hui was taken care of by Xu Shexin for post adjustment, and as a thank you, he gave Xu Shexin RMB 3,000 twice. Xu Shexin's identity when accepting this money is related to Liu Hui's post adjustment, and his behavior of accepting money is essentially characterized by trading power and money, which should be punished as bribery. Before the Spring Festival in 2008, Liu Hui thanked Xu Shexin for helping his wife arrange work, and gave Xu Shexin RMB 4,000, which was an act of Xu Shexin taking advantage of his position to seek benefits for others. Obviously, it is not a normal human relationship and should be considered as a crime of accepting bribes. None of the defenders' defense opinions in this section can be established and will not be adopted.
(6 1) received RMB 7,000 from Qiu Mingguang, former director of Huaihe River Administration Bureau in Wuhe County, and Wang Meiying, deputy director.
Before the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival in 2004, Qiu Mingguang and Wang Meiying went to Xu She's new home twice and gave Xu She a new RMB 7,000. Xu Shexin went to Huaihe Administration and other units many times to coordinate the construction funds for the bureau. In 2006, he re-formulated the relevant preferential policies for attracting investment, stipulating that only enterprises in the development zone will be exempted from the maintenance and construction fees for river embankment projects.
This fact was confirmed by the following evidence presented in court and cross-examined, and this court confirmed it:

In the second half of 2004, when the company was pulling the fence, there was a dispute with the masses because of the land problem. Ma Guoqiang asked the defendant Xu Shexin to help coordinate the settlement. Xu Shexin arranged for Deng and Wang Jiaqu to properly handle this matter. Before the Spring Festival in 2005, Ma Guoqiang gave Xu She a new industrial and commercial bank card with a deposit of 5,000 yuan to show his gratitude. Before the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2007, Sun Yongqing thanked Xu Shexin for his help and hoped to continue to be taken care of, and gave her another 2,000 yuan.
This fact was confirmed by the following evidence presented in court and cross-examined, and this court confirmed it:
1. Relevant documentary evidence: it is confirmed that the industrial and commercial bank card was opened in the name of an individual.

Before the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2007, Sun Yongqing thanked Xu Shexin for his help and hoped to get continued support, and gave her another 2,000 yuan.
(2) Yu Testimony: Before the Spring Festival in 2005, Ma Guoqiang asked her to apply for a bank card and deposit 5,000 yuan.
(3) Testimony of Deng, Wang Jiaqu and Gu Dengkui: In the second half of 2004, when the company was pulling the fence, there was a dispute with the masses because of the land problem, and Xu Shexin arranged for Deng and Wang Jiaqu to coordinate and solve it.

(sixty-three) Hu Yue, deputy director of Wuhe County Health Bureau and president of County People's Hospital, received RMB 6,000.
Before the Spring Festival in 2004 and before the Spring Festival in 2006, Hu Yue gave Xu Shexin RMB 6,000 in three times in order to get the care of the defendant Xu Shexin in his promotion. In May 2007, Hu Yue was appointed as the president of Wuhe County People's Hospital and the deputy director of County Health Bureau.
This fact was confirmed by the following evidence presented in court and cross-examined, and this court confirmed it:

(1) Hu Yue's testimony: Before the Spring Festival in 2004 and before the Spring Festival in 2006, in order to get the care of promotion, Xu She was given RMB6,000 three times.
(2) Ni Tao's testimony: In May, 2007, he proposed that Hu Yue be the deputy director of the county health bureau. Xu Shexin agreed and asked him to go through the formalities according to the regulations. In the same month, Hu Yue was appointed as the president of county hospital and the deputy director of Wuhe County Health Bureau.
Defendant Xu Shexin confessed to the above facts.
(64) Accepted RMB 6,000 from Yin Cuiping, Party Secretary of Wuhe Labor and Social Security Bureau, and Hong, Deputy Director of County Commerce Bureau.

He went to Xu She's new residence with Hong to attend the provincial people's congress meeting and gave Xu She a new RMB 2,000. In autumn of 2006, Xu Shexin returned 20,000 yuan to Yin Cuiping. In March 2007, Yin Cuiping was appointed as the deputy director of the United Front Work Department of Wuhe County Committee. In September 2007, Yin Cuiping was appointed as the Party Secretary of Wuhe County Labor and Social Security Bureau.
