Pledge: Also called pledge. That is, the debtor or the third party transfers his movable property to the creditor for possession, and takes the movable property as the guarantee of the creditor's right. When the debtor fails to perform the debt, the creditor has the right to be paid in priority for the sale price of movable property according to law. Pledge can be divided into chattel pledge, real estate pledge and right pledge according to different pledges.
