Article 15 of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China"

The names of goods or services shall be in accordance with the names of goods and services. Fill in the category number and name in the classification table; if the name of the goods or services is not included in the goods and services classification table, a description of the goods or services should be attached.

If trademark registration applications and other relevant documents are submitted in paper form, they must be typed or printed.

The provisions of paragraph 2 of this article apply to handling other trademark matters.
