Agent for trademark registration application, change of registrant’s name or address, trademark renewal registration, trademark transfer registration, reissue of registration certificate, trademark pledge, trademark licensing contract filing, trademark cancellation, trademark objection, 3 years of non-use revocation and other legal matters related to the trademark application process. 2. Represent foreign applicants to handle trademark registration applications and other trademark legal affairs in China. 3. Act as an agent for trademark rejection review, objection defense and objection review, trademark dispute and dispute defense, improper trademark registration and defense, trademark revocation defense and review after 3 years of non-use, and other legal matters related to the trademark confirmation process. 4. Represent Chinese applicants in handling trademark international registration applications and other trademark legal matters abroad. 5. Act as an agent to resolve trademark infringement disputes, trademark infringement litigation and other legal matters. 6. Act as an agent to inquire about relevant trademark information, consult on trademark legal matters, and serve as trademark legal advisor. 7. Act as an agent for other trademark-related matters, such as trademark logo design, trademark transactions and other intellectual property-related businesses.
