1. Technical standards for garment production:
Before mass production, each order must have correct and reasonable process standards.
1. Product name, order number, model number, guest name, production quantity, employees, auditors and implementation date.
2. Clothing style structure diagram, including the structure diagram of finished products before and after, and the correct colors and styles of fabrics and accessories.
3. Finished product specification table. (According to the guest's specifications, and list the tolerance coefficient for the inspector's reference).
Rear length: tolerance 0.7 cm (middle of rear neckline-hem edge)
Half bust: the tolerance is 0.7CM (normal flatness, the thickness of cotton-padded jacket and down jacket must be lowered 1.2).
Hem: The tolerance is 0.7CM (rib hem must be measured with both hands open).
Total shoulder width: tolerance 0.5CM (left shoulder point-right shoulder point)
Sleeve length: tolerance 0.5 cm (shoulder point-cuff)
Sleeve length: tolerance 0.5cm (midpoint of back neckline-cuff)
Half cuff: tolerance 0.3CM (rib cuff can be measured by normal flattening).
Collar circumference: the tolerance is 0.5CM (under normal circumstances, it is the specification of the collar lower opening).
Cutting process requirements.
1: verify whether the samples are in conformity with the production notice and whether the number of samples is in conformity with the samples.
Whether natural ventilation is carried out according to the specified time after arrival to ensure the correct specifications of finished products.
Three: Whether the yarn direction of each part conforms to the version rules.
Four: whether the sizing and cutting of each part conform to the version rules,
Five: Pay attention to the front and back and color difference when pulling cloth (if color difference is found, you must arrange a color difference version and test the actual unit consumption and report it to the company).
Six: there should be no deviation between pushing knife and setting eye, and the upper and lower layers should not exceed 0.2CM.
Seven: the number should be clear and appropriate, and the finished product should not miss the number.
5. Specifications of raw and auxiliary materials and requirements for parts used:
One: it must be used according to the parts specified by the guest's order, such as:
Fabric, lining, ingredients, trademarks, tags, washing interlining, fillers, zippers, ropes, buttons and so on.
Two: the style, quality, color and specifications of raw and auxiliary materials should be carefully checked.
Specific requirements: whether there is color difference, middle edge difference, color stripe, yarn breakage, defects, stains and other phenomena in the fabric lining. Whether the fur does not meet the original samples or requirements in terms of width, length, color, quality and hardness.
Whether the down has color, smell, gram weight, cashmere and foreign matter, whether the leather has holes, uneven thickness, opaque dyeing, hard leather board and inconsistent overall color. Whether the adhesive lining has uneven colloidal particles, different thickness and unsmooth adhesion. Whether the color, quality, specifications and lettering of the zipper are inconsistent with the trademark. Whether the colors, specifications and quality of other special accessories conform to the order. Whether other marks such as trademarks conform to the documentation.
6. Sewing process requirements:
Seam: normal seam is 1CM. If there is a cut, the special requirements of the joint should be implemented according to the size of the cut.
Stitch: Under normal circumstances, the open thread is10-1stitch every 3CM, and the dark thread is 9-1stitch every 3cm.
Trademark: The normal lane should be along the color line. If there are special requirements, it shall be implemented according to the customer's regulations.
Wash: The position is basically two positions. The direction of the side seam and the inner pocket should be correct.
Workmanship: The lines of all parts should be uniform, and there should be no bending, broken lines, reversed lines and disharmony between upper and lower lines.
Pocket: square, no hair leakage in the incision, straight seams, standard seams, no upturning, and symmetrical height positions.
The width of zipper open pockets should be the same. Pay attention to the cutting method, and the bag teeth cannot overlap or split. The mouth of the side pocket shall be no less than 15.5CM for men's wear and no less than 14CM for women's wear.
Shoulder seam: smooth, pay attention to the direction of shoulder arc, and there can be no distortion. Special fabrics should be bonded.
Sleeve peak: cut the arc at a proper position to avoid the distortion of the seam and the penetration of the seam, and put on the sleeve correctly;
Pay attention to the sleeves on the armrest, keep the sleeves beautiful and smooth, and add adhesive lining to the special fabric.
Cuff: smooth and not deformed, and the opening length of the sleeve fork should be consistent.
Neckline: you can't stretch or tighten it, the inside of shoulder seam should be aligned, the seam should not be too big, and the neckline must be round)
Collar: the collar tip should not be turned up and spit back, the size should be symmetrical, the lines should be consistent, and the looseness of the collar surface should be appropriate. After ironing, open the collar seam, and the seam should be no more than 0.4CM.
Door number: the shape must conform to the length of the paper tray, and the door number must be ironed before it can be used.
Lining: The shape must conform to the length of the paper tray, and the door tray must be ironed into a whole before use.
Hem: There can be no twisting \ reverse thread (low thread looseness needs to be adjusted).
Linzi: Cotton must be stuffed into the down jacket, not tight.
Buttons: the snap buttons should be firm and not fall off, and the resin buttons should be wrapped (special requirements include the following cushion buttons);
Rib: Pay attention to whether the quality is correct. The specification of finished semi-hemming can be 1CM, and the specification of finished semi-hemming of elastic band can be 1CM.
The top of rib collar must be specified before production. Rib collar should not be too loose or too tight (pay attention to the direction of the collar * * * * * *).
Zipper: there should be no waves, and the zipper should be cut (pay attention to cutting when washing styles). To stop stuttering, the amount you eat should be measured according to the performance of the fabric.
Embroidery: The water-washed embroidery thread must be water-washed to avoid fading, and the color must be correct (the water-washed embroidery thread can only be used after the water-washing experiment proves that it does not fade).
There should be no fading. Before use, the washing experiment should be carried out, and the packaging should be separated with copy paper to avoid dyeing with the fabric.
Requirements for washing water:
If there is a washing style, the effect must refer to the original samples of the guests and the company's confirmation opinions before batch washing.
8. Ironing process requirements:
There should be no auroral \ dead crease \ marks in ironing semi-finished products and finished products: Pay attention to the special properties of the fabric, and the fabric cannot be inflated to avoid the deformation of the finished product specifications and styles. The ironing of the first sample must be confirmed by the company's technicians before it can be carried out (note that the washing method is not implemented according to this standard, and the washing method should be implemented according to the original customer sample and the company's confirmation effect).
Packaging process requirements:
Copying paper: black and ancient silver metal accessories \ fur \ tag \ tag rope \ printing \ special ingredients \ leather should avoid dyeing.
Plastic bag: specifications \ color \ thickness \ printing must meet the guest's standards.
Carton: The specifications must conform to the height, width and length of the clothing (if the guests have special requirements for height, they should carefully measure the specifications) and work out with the factory technicians. Its quality shall be confirmed by the supervisor.
Packaging: If the goods must be delivered according to the correct packing list and customer's requirements (model \ color \ specification \ quantity) before packaging, the factory attendant must be assigned to arrive at the destination port to obtain the arrival information.
Container: If the guest has container packaging requirements, the container numbering sequence must be implemented as required.
