A 95 phone number refers to a phone number that starts with 95. Enterprises that want to use the 95 number must have a call center license. There are two kinds of call center numbers: national and local. The whole network call center is the number beginning with 95, and the ground network call center is the number beginning with 96. Call center license needs annual inspection. Moreover, the annual inspection of the whole network call center and the ground network call center is different.
The national unified number is the scarcest resource, and the common number can be repeated in every region. However, the national unification number has no area code and is the only one in the country. It has no restrictions on urban use, and once the application is successful, it is a lifelong number.
For a typical example, the call center numbers of the four major banks in China are: Bank of China (95566), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (95588), Agricultural Bank of China (95599) and China Construction Bank (95533). The bank's application for No.95 call center is unique in that it can make phone calls or send short messages, while ordinary companies can only operate telephone business when applying for No.95 call center.
