In what form is the revocation document issued by the Trademark Office?
the revocation of a trademark means that the State Administration of Trademarks, in accordance with Article 44 (4) of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, gives a notice of revocation of a trademark that has been successfully registered, that is, has legally obtained a trademark registration certificate, on the grounds that it has not been used for three consecutive years.

However, under normal circumstances, the State Trademark Office will not notify a registered trademark of its withdrawal. Usually, other enterprises or individuals apply to the State Trademark Office, and most of them are competitors of the trademark. After accepting the application, the State Administration of Trademarks will issue a Notice on Providing Evidence for the Use of Registered Trademarks to the registrant who has been revoked.
