Apply for the registration of a collective trademark, but fail to submit the rules for the administration of trademark use and the list of members of the collective organization.
To declare a registered trademark without submitting the trademark use management system and the supporting documents that prove that it or the agency entrusted by it has the ability of supervision and testing.

Where an applicant applies for the registration of the same trademark in other member countries of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property within 6 months after filing an application for trademark registration in China, it shall apply to the Trademark Office for a certificate of priority.
