1. Article 57 of the "Trademark Law" stipulates: Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall infringe the exclusive right to use a registered trademark:

(6) Intentionally providing facilities for infringement of the exclusive rights of others’ trademarks and helping others to infringe the exclusive rights of trademarks;
(7) Giving others the exclusive right to use registered trademarks causing other damage.
2. Article 58 of the "Trademark Law" stipulates: If someone uses someone else's registered trademark or unregistered well-known trademark as a business name, misleading the public and constituting unfair competition, he shall be punished in accordance with the " It shall be dealt with in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China.
