What is the difference between Hunyuan Tai Chi and traditional Tai Chi?

Some people say that all Tai Chi in the world can be called Hunyuan Tai Chi. I think this statement is inaccurate. Although some martial arts (boxing techniques) borrow the term "Hunyuan Tai Chi", the real "Hunyuan Tai Chi" is based on the kung fu passed down from masters by the author, absorbing the essence of many martial arts and practicing for decades. The crystallization of teaching practice, the Hunyuan Tai Chi trademark was registered by the author under his real name (Lou Xialai) and approved by the National Trademark Office. Now "Hunyuan Tai Chi" has its own set of systematic theories and exercises. What is the difference between Hunyuan Tai Chi and traditional Tai Chi?

"Hunyuan Tai Chi" takes inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese culture as its own responsibility. It is based on the kung fu taught by many teachers and combined with my own years of practice. The practice and experience of practicing Zen and martial arts, and absorbing the essence of ancient and modern boxing methods, the marrow of exercises, and the secrets of practice, were compiled through in-depth exploration and repeated practice.

Hunyuan Tai Chi focuses on fitness and health care, and is divided into three levels: "Tai Chi", "Tai Chi Gong" and "Tai Chi Tao". It is created on the basis of traditional Tai Chi, but it is different from traditional Tai Chi:

First of all, it is simple: there are eight basic moves in the first six routines of Tai Chi, namely Chaos Wuji, Tai Chi Birth, Wuji Transformation, coming and going freely, turning clouds to see the sun, lotus blossoms, heaven and man becoming one, returning to the infinite, can be practiced in a place three feet wide.

The second is to start directly with Hunyuan Tai Chi, which has good practice results: Hunyuan Tai Chi has six exercises, which are mainly used to practice internal skills, starting from stretching muscles and pulling bones, loosening muscles and bones to Refining Qi into the bones and Yuan Qi into the marrow. It draws lessons from the Neijia Quan Superior Kungfu training methods, that is, "Ming Jin" practices Yi Gu Fa (refining Qi and transforming Qi); "Dark Jin" practices Yi Jin Fa (refining Qi to return spirit); "Ting Jin" practices The method of Qi entering the bones (refining the spirit to restore the weak); the method of "transforming the energy" Yuan Qi into the marrow (refining the weak and combining it with the Tao), etc., enable practitioners to deepen their skills step by step and improve step by step. ;
