However, the concealment and anonymity of online transactions also make it more difficult to guarantee the quality of goods and after-sales service, and it has also become a platform for some people to trade illegal products. The business households involved in the case completed all the purchase and sales through the internet and express delivery companies, and the transaction process was very hidden, which caused great difficulties to the investigation and handling of the industrial and commercial departments.
in combination with the functions of industrial and commercial administration, we believe that the development of e-commerce has put forward four major issues that need to be solved for industrial and commercial administration departments:
