Department preliminary review: mainly conduct a preliminary review of the application materials and sign the preliminary review opinions. 3. Leadership approval: The director in charge will conduct a comprehensive review of the application materials and the department’s preliminary review opinions, and sign the approval opinions. 4. After passing the review, the "Urban Real Estate Agency Service Qualification Certificate" will be issued within 15 working days after receiving the application with complete materials.
