( (hereinafter referred to as Foshan Camel Company) trademark rights for shoes, clothing, and leather goods.

According to reports, during the investigation, industrial and commercial administration law enforcement officers discovered that the above-mentioned suspected infringing products were produced and sold by Shanghai Tuoxin Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Tuoxin Company), and the logo used included The "Camel" graphic and the "CAMAL" text are the same as the registered trademarks of Foshan Camel Company on shoes, clothing, leather goods and other products.

According to the relevant person in charge of Foshan Camel Company, after a nationwide survey conducted by the company, Shanghai Tuoxin Company has opened dozens of " "Camel" specialty store, and has long used the above-mentioned allegedly infringing words and graphics in its store decoration and on the shoes, clothing, and leather goods sold, which has greatly infringed the trademark rights of Foshan Camel Company and at the same time infringed upon the interests of consumers.

As of press time, the Chaoyang Branch of the Changchun Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce has investigated the above-mentioned shops involved on the grounds of trademark infringement and made corresponding administrative penalty decisions.
