7. Maintenance fee: the first application for maintenance fee shall be paid within the first month of the third year from the date of application, and the subsequent period shall be within one month before the expiration of the previous year;
Eight, the patent registration fee and the annual fee for granting the patent right shall be paid within two months from the date of receiving the right granted by the patent administration department;
Nine, description change fee, invalidation request fee, compulsory license request fee, compulsory license award fee shall be paid within one month from the date of the applicant's request.
