The punishment levels are as follows:

(1) If there is definite evidence to prove that the seller sells counterfeit goods and the circumstances are particularly serious, 48 points will be deducted each time;

(2) If there is definite evidence to prove that the seller sells counterfeit goods, 12 points will be deducted each time;

(3) If the same seller is complained by the same obligee within three days that the published or used goods, information, store names, member names, etc. are suspected of infringing his trademark rights, copyrights and patent rights, it shall be regarded as a complaint. If the complaint is established, two points will be deducted each time.
