The specific time limit for property preservation is:

1. Bank account number and deposit: six months for the first time and three months for the second time;

2. Real estate and land: two years for the first time and one year for renewal;

3. Equity: the first two years, frozen for one year;

4 non-tradable shares of listed companies (state shares, social legal person shares, restricted shares, etc.). ): it will be frozen for six months for the first time;

5. Common shares (circulating shares) of listed companies: two years for the first time, and further frozen for one year;

6. Bonds: one year for the first time and frozen for six months;

7. Vehicles: unlimited (Shanghai Public Security Bureau Vehicle Management Office does not accept time-limited seizure);

8. Machinery, equipment and goods: the first year;

9. Term of creditor's rights: two years for the first time, and continue to freeze for one year;

10. Patents and trademarks: 6 months at a time;

If the applicant fails to bring a lawsuit or apply for arbitration according to law within 30 days after the people's court takes the preservation measures, the people's court shall lift the preservation.
