People's Republic of China (PRC) Trademark Law Article 1 This Law is formulated with a view to strengthening trademark administration, protecting the exclusive right to use trademarks, urging producers and operators to ensure the quality of goods and services, maintaining the reputation of trademarks, protecting the interests of consumers and producers and operators, and promoting the development of the socialist market economy. Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Article 1 This Law is formulated for the purpose of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of patentees, encouraging inventions and creations, promoting the application of inventions and creations, improving innovation ability, and promoting scientific and technological progress and economic and social development. Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Anti-unfair Competition Article 1 This Law is formulated with a view to promoting the healthy development of the socialist market economy, encouraging and protecting fair competition, stopping unfair competition and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers.
