Wuping pig bile liver is a specialty of Wuping and one of the eight major projects in western Fujian. Wuping pig bile is purple-brown in color and slightly sweet in fragrance, which is a famous banquet dish. It contains various nutrients such as sugar and vitamins, and has the effects of promoting fluid production, invigorating stomach, cooling and detoxifying.
green tea
Wuping Green Tea was produced in China National Nature Reserve and was founded in the early 1980s. Its processing technology is unique, with the characteristics of "high fragrance, strong taste, clear soup and green color". Won 23 provincial famous tea and above awards, ranking among the best in the same kind of tea in the province. On July 13, 2009, "Wuping Green Tea" was officially registered as a geographical indication certification trademark by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. This is the first protected geographical indication product in Wuping County.
Anoectochilus roxburghii
Anoectochilus roxburghii in Wuping has thin rhizome, obvious nodes and brown color. The leaves are dark wood, with golden reticular veins at the top and dark red at the bottom, with 3-7 main veins. Racemes are terminal, inflorescence axes are pilose, and sepals are lavender. A slight breath, a faint taste. Wuping anoectochilus roxburghii is sweet in taste and cool in nature, and is mainly used for clearing heat and cooling blood, eliminating dampness and detoxifying. Indications: cough due to lung heat, tuberculosis, hemoptysis, hematuria, convulsion, tetanus, nephritis edema, rheumatalgia, traumatic injury and snake bite. On March 20 10, "Wuping Jinlian" was officially approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to register the certification trademark of geographical indications.

"Wuping Xijiao Cuisine" was awarded the geographical indication of agricultural products by the Ministry of Agriculture, which is another agricultural product in this county after "Wuping Green Tea" and "Wuping Jinlian". Cabbage is a special vegetable in Wuping County. Its scientific name is turnip, and it is called "oil head" in Hakka. It is a tuber plant with a disc shape, and "Wuping Xijiao Cabbage" is an excellent variety selected from local cabbages, with smooth skin, yellowish white meat, dense meat, sweet taste, good quality, rich nutrition and high medicinal value, and can be eaten raw, cooked or pickled. Through the efforts of growers and marketers, Wuping County has planted more than 2,500 mu of Chinese cabbage in 56 villages in five western suburbs, including Pingchuan, Chengxiang, Zhongshan, Wan 'an and Liu Dong, with an output of 3,750 tons and an annual output of more than 22 million yuan. Vegetable cultivation in the western suburbs has become one of the main ways for farmers in major producing areas to get rich.
