In December 2000, it merged Shanghai Lishun Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., a professional post-press equipment factory, enables Beiren to step into Shanghai in the post-press field.
At the end of November 2001, we successfully cooperated with Tokyo Publishing Machinery Co., Ltd., a famous Japanese post-press equipment manufacturer, in the form of OEM, allowing Japanese famous brand products to enter the Chinese market with the "Hokuren" trademark. It was listed as one of the ten major events of the year in China's printing industry, which caused a good response in the industry. The Japanese Sankei Shimbun reported that it is unique in Japanese history that Japanese products are sold with Chinese trademarks.
In 2001, it merged with Shaanxi Huanggong Group Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., the largest enterprise in the domestic gravure printing machine manufacturing industry, making Beiren a leading domestic company in the field of gravure printing machine manufacturing.
In 2002, we cooperated with the German company Marberg to establish a professional paper feeder production plant in Beijing.
In 2002, we cooperated with the American GI company in web offset printing presses, and began to sell products back to the American market.
In May 2003, a contract was signed with Japan's Gushi Company to establish a joint venture in Beijing to produce printing follow-up equipment. The joint venture will open in September this year.
In June 2003, a joint venture will be established with the wholly-owned enterprise of Taiwan Youheng Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd. in Tianjin to produce post-press packaging equipment.
In March 2003, the "Beiren-Europe" sales company was also established in Russia, preparing to further expand the European market.
