Trademark requirements for non-special registration of cosmetics

You can use the registered trademark of R or the registered trademark of TM. For pure English trademarks, you need to provide a trademark registration certificate.

The name needs to comply with the requirements of the "Cosmetic Naming Regulations", such as:

(1) The product name cannot be missing a trademark name, common name, attribute name, etc.; if the product name uses innovative or Strange words that are difficult for consumers to understand need to be explained.

(2) If foreign languages ??or numbers other than registered trademarks are used in the product name, an explanation must be provided. If the label uses pinyin, ethnic minority characters or foreign languages, there needs to be corresponding standardized Chinese.

It is worth noting that Article 5 of the "Cosmetic Naming Regulations" requires registered trademarks and the use of foreign letters and symbols to be explained in Chinese in the instructions, except for those that are conventional and customary, such as vitamin C.
